Integrate with your CRM and view Boxxsteps organigrams. Boxxstep can be integrated with Salesforce Classic or Lightning, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SugarCRM. For most of your data Boxxstep is a one way sync to ensure your CRM is the single source of truth, but for your convenience we also enable bi-directional sync. 

Select the opportunities to export. Don’t do a full data dump from your CRM. Select which account opportunities that you want to manage within Boxxstep.

Minimise data entry. No need to duplicate any data entries. The integration will automatically update account names, opportunities and all associated contacts into Boxxstep. If you change them in CRM, then they’ll be changed in Boxxstep.

View Boxxstep from within Salesforce,Dynamics 365 and Sugar. Access to Boxxstep can be made from within your CRM account. Click on the Boxxstep icons to access the opportunity information, the buying committee organigrams, as well as any SWOT or RAID analysis you’ve created.

Better deal reviews. Pipeline reviews are generally done within your CRM. But if you want to do detailed opportunity reviews then there’s so much more than can be achieved through Boxxstep. But we know it’s always useful to see the deal value, sales stage, close date and probability, so we display what you’ve entered in your CRM in Boxxstep.

Sync  and update your accounts and selected opportunities

Sync  and update your account contacts. Including their titles, emails, and reporting lines.

If you track opportunity competitors in your CRM then they’ll be sync’d into Boxxstep.

Manage your opportunity activities

Integrate your Google or 365 Calendar. Sync your scheduled deadlines, completion dates and reminders with your calendar to ensure you complete essential opportunity goals and activities.

Set or assign opportunity Objectives and track them in your main calendar.
